SUB: OUTCOME OF THE BOARD MEETING OF AXIS BANK LIMITED ("BANK") HELD ON OCTOBER 25,   2023.

Further to our letter dated October 6, 2023, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited ("Bank") at its meeting held today, i.e. October 25, 2023, have inter alia, approved the unaudited financial results of the Bank (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2023, which have been subject to limited review by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.  

A copy of said results along with limited review report on the financial results are enclosed.

Please note that the Board Meeting commenced at 11 am and the results were reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors at 3.35 p.m.
