Board Changes

The Company announces that following the resignation of Malcolm Murray as Chairman of the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 10 December 2008, Richard Barfield will become Chairman. Richard will relinquish his position as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, to be replaced by Nick Bannerman.  Martin Barrow will be the Senior Independent Director.
