With great sadness, the Board announces that Keith Falconer, the Chairman of the Company, died in the early hours of 17 May 2022.

Keith joined the Board in 2014 and was appointed Chairman in 2019.  The thoughts of the Board and the Managers are with Keith's family at this difficult time.

On an interim basis, David Kidd, Senior Independent Director, has agreed to chair the Company.
