Retirement of Chairman 

The Company announces that Barry M Rose, Chairman, will be resigning from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2015.

Mr Rose joined the Board in 1998 and became Chairman in 2009.

The process for identifying a successor has begun and is expected to be completed in the coming months so that there can be a suitable period of continuity during the transition
