Schroder UK Growth Fund plc (the "Company") has today published a circular (the "Circular").  The Circular is being provided to the Company's shareholders ("Shareholders"), for information only, to bring to their attention the announcement made by the Company on 13 April 2018 regarding its intention to change its investment manager.
