Allotment of Ordinary Shares

Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited ("the Company") announces that as of today the Directors have allotted (subject only to admission) a total of 7,543 Ordinary Shares of GBP 1.00 each in the capital of the Company in connection with holders of 7,543 Subscription Shares electing to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a subscription price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share.
 
As a result of this allotment there are now 66,030,632 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Applications will be made shortly for the Ordinary Shares allotted above to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.  In the absence of any unforeseen circumstances dealings are expected to commence in the newly allotted Ordinary shares on 20 October 2010.
