Dividend Declaration

F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited today announces a dividend payment of 0.5 pence per share as detailed in the schedule below:

Ex-Dividend Date        -    25 August 2010

Record Date               -    27 August 2010

Pay Date                     -    10 September 2010

This dividend is in place of the monthly dividend which, under normal conditions, would have been paid in August 2010 but was not paid as a result of the proposals for the winding up and reconstruction of the Company set out in the circular published by the Company on 12 July 2010.  However, as these proposals were not approved at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 9 August 2010 the Board considers it appropriate that the Company now returns to its previous policy of paying dividends monthly.

The Company therefore expects to announce a further dividend to be paid in September 2010.  Dividends are expected to be paid monthly thereafter.
