- the Notice of Meeting of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Class
Meeting of Preference Shareholders ('Class Meeting');
- Form of Proxy - AGM;
- Form of Proxy - Class Meeting;
- Letter from the Chairman regarding future Report and Accounts;
- Return postcard for shareholders electing to receive full Annual
Report in future;
- Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP') brochure (sent to DRIP
participants only); and
- Letter from Capita IRG Trustees Limited regarding the DRIP (sent to
DRIP participants only).

At the Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2008, it is proposed that the Company's
Articles of Association be amended. A summary of the proposed changes is set
out in the Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting and Separate Class Meeting of
Preference Shareholders, and the draft amended Articles of Association are
available for inspection at the Company's registered office, the offices of
Linklaters LLP and on the Company's website. Copies have also been submitted to
the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility (see above) today.
