Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 27 September 2024, Elaine Fitzpatrick-Quinn (PCA with Leo Quinn, Group Chief Executive) transferred, by way of a gift, 204,225 shares in the Company to Leo Quinn.  Subsequently, Leo Quinn sold 2,980,629 shares in the Company and Elaine Fitzpatrick-Quinn purchased 2,980,629 shares in the Company.
