Exercise of Warrants / Additional Listing
Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile web payments and analytics company, announces that it has received notification from QTP General Partner Limited that it had exercised in full its warrants in respect of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each (the 'Warrant Shares') at an exercise price of 50 pence per share. The total subscription proceeds received by Bango as a result is £50,000.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 28 September 2012.
Bango's total issued share capital after the admission of the New Ordinary Shares will be 41,575,252 Ordinary Shares. Bango does not currently hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 41,575,252 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in Bango as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
