ANNUAL COUPON ADJUSTMENT OF SUSTAINABILITY RE-LINKED NOTES

Reference is made to the announcement of the Issuer dated 23 October 2023 regarding the Annual Coupon Adjustment of Sustainability Re-Linked Notes (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
