Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Preliminary Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2022

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that the preliminary financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be announced on Monday, 20 February 2023 , before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
