Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, 28 March 2019, to examine the audited financial statements of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2018.

The audited financial statements of the Bank of Cyprus Group will be announced on the same day, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
