Bank of Georgia Holdings Announces Appointment of Corporate Brokers

Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC ("BGH"), the holding company of JSC Bank of Georgia ("the Bank"), Georgia's leading bank, announces appointment of Numis Securities Limited and RBC Europe Limited as joint corporate brokers for BGH.

"We have made significant progress in raising market awareness and enhancing the investor profile of BGH since attaining a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange in February 2012 and our FTSE 250 Index inclusion shortly afterwards. The Bank has markedly improved its access to global capital markets and has experienced a significant diversification of its investor base, with particularly noticeable increases in UK and US shareholders.
