NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

BGH was notified on 3 September 2013 that Ian Hague, a Director of BGH and Managing Director of Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. and Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd., had sold BGH ordinary shares (BGH Shares) on behalf of both funds as detailed below.

On 30 August 2013, Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. sold 1,075 BGH Shares at a share price of £17.80 per BGH Share.

On 2 September 2013, each of Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. and Firebird Avrora  Fund Ltd sold 9,650 BGH Shares at a share price of £17.54 per BGH Share.

Following the sale of BGH Shares by Firebird Republics Fund Ltd. and Firebird Avrora Fund Ltd., the Firebird group of funds continues to hold 2,549,998 BGH Shares, representing approximately 7.1% of the share capital of the Company. 

This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
