NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
BGH was notified today that Ian Hague, a Director of BGH and Managing Director of Firebird Republics Fund Ltd., Firebird New Russia Fund Ltd., Firebird Avrora Fund, Ltd. and Firebird Fund LP, had sold BGH ordinary shares (BGH Shares) on 14 November 2013 on behalf of each of the Firebird funds as detailed below.
