NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC (BGH) was notified on 11 March 2014 by Archil Gachechiladze and Sulkhan Gvalia, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR), that each had sold BGH ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 per share (BGH Shares).
On 10 March 2014, Mr Gachechiladze sold 17,367 BGH Shares at a share price of £23.22 per BGH Share. Following the sale of BGH Shares, Mr Gachechiladze continues to hold 107,500 BGH Shares, representing approximately 0.30% of the share capital of BGH.
On 11 March 2014, Mr Gvalia sold 10,000 BGH Shares at a share price of £24.26 per BGH Share. Following the sale of BGH Shares, Mr Gvalia continues to hold 145,237 BGH Shares, representing approximately 0.40% of the share capital of BGH.
