NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC (the Company) (LSE: BGEO LN) was notified today that Alasdair Breach, a PDMR, acquired 2,121 ordinary shares (BGH Shares) of the Company today at a purchase price of £20.64 per BGH Share.
Following the acquisition today, Mr Breach holds 16,400 BGH Shares in his personal capacity representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company. Gemsstock Fund, which Mr Breach manages, continues to hold 20,000 BGH Shares.
This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4 R (1) (a).
