Notice of Q4 and Full Year 2011 Results of JSC Bank of Georgia

Bank of Georgia Holdings plc, (LSE: BGEO LN), a holding company of JSC Bank of Georgia announces that JSC Bank of Georgia will publish its financial results for Q4 2011 and full year 2011 at 07:00 London time on Tuesday, 20 March 2012. The Results announcement will be available on Bank of Georgia's website at www.bankofgeorgia.ge/ir. An investor/analyst conference call, organized by JSC Bank of Georgia, will be held on Wednesday, 21 March 2012, at 14:00 UK / 15:00 CET / 10:00 U.S. Eastern Time. The duration of the call will be 60 minutes and will consist of a 15-minute update and a 45-minute Q&A session.
