Bank of Ireland announces the appointment of Mr Patrick Kennedy as Chairman of the Group and Court Nomination and Governance Committees of BoIG plc and the Bank respectively, succeeding Mr Archie G. Kane.

Mr Richard Goulding succeeds Mr. Kennedy as Chairman of the Board Risk Committee of BoIG plc and of the Court Risk Committee of the Bank.

The above changes are effective from 1 August 2018.

This disclosure is made in accordance with paragraph 6.6.5 (3) of the Listing Rules.
