Third Interim Dividend for the year ending 31 October 2008

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend of 2.93p per ordinary share net (2007: 2.60p) in respect of the year ending 31 October 2008 payable on 28 November 2008 to shareholders registered on 24 October 2008.  The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 22 October 2008.
