The financial instruments are legally owned by PCP3.  PCP3 is, in turn, wholly owned by Nexus Capital Investing Ltd. ("NCIL"). Prior to the triggering transaction, NCIL was wholly owned by Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Ketbi ("Mr. Al Ketbi"). The triggering transaction is the transfer, on 7 July 2010, of the entire share capital in NCIL from Mr. Al Ketbi to ADIUI.  ADIUI is wholly owned by HHSM.
