Barclays announces that its 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 25 April 2013 at 11.00am at the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 8XX.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:

1.     Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting ('AGM Notice'); and

2.     Proxy forms for the 2013 Annual General Meeting.
