This is a correction to a release that was published at 17:28 (RNS 2185M) on 12 September 2023. The announcement stated that Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc bought back 540,803 Ordinary shares into treasury. The correct announcement should state that Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc sold 540,803 Ordinary shares from treasury.

The Company announces that on 12 September 2023, 540,803 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 54.75 pence per share.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares in issue:	396,279,533
Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury:	33,625,944
Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares):	362,653,589
