The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 May 2009 was 88.55p per share.

The net asset value is stated after deducting the interim dividend of 2.5p per share which went ex-dividend on 27 May 2009 and will be paid on 26 June 2009.
