ordinary shares at 31 October 2005 was 113.58p per share (based on AiM-traded
investments priced at bid).


The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that the net asset value of the C
shares at 31 October 2005 was 96.87p per share (based on AiM-traded investments
priced at bid).
