Baronsmead VCT/Baronsmead VCT 2 (the 'Companies') Supplementary Prospectus in relation to the Joint Offer for Subscription

The Companies announce that they have published a Supplementary Prospectus pursuant to the joint offer for subscription for new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of each of the Companies to raise, in aggregate, up to £16 million.

The Supplementary Prospectus provides information of new events relating to the Companies since it published its prospectus on 9 September 2008.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus have been sent to the Document Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority, located at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and will shortly available for inspection.
