Circular re: electronic communications and distribution of documents and statement of the circumstances connected with the outgoing auditors ceasing to hold office

The Board of the Company announces that a circular has today been posted to shareholders of the Company (the 'Circular'). 

The Circular sets out details regarding the Company's proposed use of electronic communications, including the publication of documents, announcements and information on a website, and sets out shareholders'  options regarding this potential method of communication.

The Circular also contains a copy of a statement received by the Company from Baker Tilly UK Audit LLP, the auditors of the Company's accounts for the financial year ending 31 January 2009, setting out the circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office as auditors of the Company for this financial year.

Two copies of the Circular have been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility situated at: 

The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

A copy of the Circular will also shortly be available on the Company's website at www.agbarr.co.uk.
