A.G.Barr p.l.c. notifies the London Stock Exchange that the Company will be
announcing its Interim results for the six months ended 28th July 2007 on
Tuesday 25th September 2007.

London, EC2Y 9AE, on Tuesday 25th September at 9.30 am and a press briefing at
11.00 am.
