Application to admit shares to the Official List

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 5,450,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

2,700,000 Shares are being reserved under a listing and will be issued pursuant to the following share schemes:

Barratt Developments Long-term Performance Plan	2,200,000
Barratt Developments Deferred Bonus Plan	500,000

2,750,000 Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. 

Admission of the Shares is expected on 27^th June 2019.
