Analyst and Investor Day

Highlighting key operational strengths of the business

Barratt Developments PLC is today hosting an event for sell-side analysts and investors.

Mark Clare, David Thomas, and Steven Boyes will host the day with our Southern Region which will include a visit to our dual branded development at Montague Park, Wokingham which has both a Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes site. 

The Southern Region management team including Gary Ennis, Regional Managing Director, Paul Crispin, MD David Wilson Homes Southern, and James Watson, MD Barratt David Wilson Homes Southern Counties, will give presentations focused on our Southern Region and the Montague Park Development, highlighting key operational aspects of the business.

In the afternoon there will be presentations from Steven Boyes, Group COO, Gary Ennis and Nick Richardson, MD Wilson Bowden Developments covering our land capability, with a focus on public sector land and strategic land.  Jeremy Hipkiss, Group Sales & Marketing Director and Ed McCoy, Group Head of Sales, will also present on the Group's industry leading sales and marketing capability.

No material new information will be provided during the presentation and there will be no update on current trading. The presentation materials will be available on the Group's website (www.barrattdevelopments.co.uk) from 5.00pm today.
