The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio L.P. is an investment fund advised by members of the Tudor Group of companies.   The Tudor Group is making the disclosure on behalf of the investment manager.

13. Additional information:	The Company has not yet announced the updated total voting rights post the recent placing. Using the most recent disclosure made by the Company in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 which disclosed total voting rights in issue as 346,718,019, the holdings would equate to a holding of 1.19% for Section 8:A of the TR1 and 2.30% for Section 8:C of the TR1, giving an overall holding of 3.49%. The disclosure form has been completed using the denominator of 419,634,658 voting rights which is the total voting rights of Barratt Development PLC ("the Company") subsequent to the placing of ordinary shares in the Company which completed on 20 October 2009. Based on this denominator our holding is below 3%.
