                         Director's Dealing

Providence was notified on 28 November  2007, that Mr. Lex Gamble,  a
director of the Company, had exercised options over 2,500,000  shares
("New Ordinary Shares") in Providence on November 27, 2007.
Following this  exercise, Mr.  Gamble's  total holding  increased  to
10,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing  approximately
0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital.
Application has been  made to  the Irish  Stock Exchange  and to  the
London Stock Exchange for these New Ordinary Shares of nominal  value
¤0.001 each in the capital of  the Company to be admitted to  trading
on the IEX market of the Irish  Stock Exchange and to the AIM  Market
of the  London Stock  Exchange. Dealing  is expected  to commence  in
these shares on 6 December, 2007.
These Ordinary  Shares  rank pari  passu  in all  respects  with  the
existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
