The Board announces that, on 11 July 2005, options over ordinary shares of
€0.001 each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') have been awarded

In addition, the Company was notified on 11 July that Mr Peter Kidney, a
non-executive director of the Company, converted 12,816 warrants over Ordinary
Shares at a price of €0.045 each on that date. These warrants were originally
allotted to Mr Kidney pursuant to his participation in the 2004 Rights Issue.
Accordingly, Mr Kidney now holds 804,845 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 0.04% of the enlarged share capital of the Company. Application
will shortly be made for these Ordinary Shares to be admitted to listing on both
the IEX and AIM markets.
