Notification of Interest in Share Capital


Consequent on the Placing of Shares on 14 march 2011, the Company has received
the undernoted notifications of interests in the share capital and the
percentages represented by such interests.


 1. The Company has been informed by Henderson Global Investors Limited that
    they hold 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 5.01% of the
    issued ordinary share capital.
 2. The Company has been advised in the fulfilment of the obligation imposed by
    Section 67 of the Companies act 1990 that Sir Anthony O'Reilly holds
    9,961,720 ordinary shares in the Company representing 20% of the issued
    ordinary share capital.
