NOTICE OF AGM AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT

Dublin and London - April 26, 2017  Providence Resources P.l.c. (PVR LN, PRP ID), the Irish based Oil and Gas Exploration Company, is today sending its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2016 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders.  The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at The Hilton Dublin, Charlemont Place, Dublin 2, D02 A893, Ireland on Wednesday May 24, 2017 at 10.00am.
