Providence Resources P.l.c. have today been informed by Lloyds Banking Group that with effect from 19 May 2015;

Lloyds Banking Group  now hold less than 3% of the issued ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company following the sale of 4,381,740 ordinary €0.10 shares.
