Director's Dealing

Providence was notified on 25 July 2013, that Dr Brian Hillery, a director of the Company, had exercised options over 102,694 shares ("New Ordinary Shares") in Providence on 25 July, 2013.

Following this exercise, Dr. Hillery's total holding increased to 116,754 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company representing approximately 0.18% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the London Stock Exchange for these New Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.10 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the ESM market of the Irish Stock Exchange and to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. Dealing is expected to commence in these shares on 2 August, 2013.

These Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
