BATM Advanced Communications Limited ('BATM' or the 'Company')


The Company has been informed that, following the exercise of options, Ariella
Zochovitzky, non-executive director, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of the Company
at 32.0 pence per share on Monday, 24 September 2007. Following this sale, Ms
Zochovitzky holds options over 300,000 shares, which if exercised would
represent approximately 0.08 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share
capital.
