The Board of BATM has been notified by Roger Lacey, a non-executive director of the Company who was appointed in July of this year, of his intention to resign from the Board due to conflict of interest concerns with other duties. It is with regret that the Board has accepted his resignation, with immediate effect, and has begun the search for a suitable replacement.
