British Airways Plc announces that, copies of resolutions other than those concerning ordinary business passed at its Annual General Meeting held on 15 July 2008, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority together with copies of its new Articles of Association adopted by way of a special resolution at the Annual General Meeting. These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
