Duncan Ball Co-CEO of BBGI said
"BBGI now owns a 17-asset portfolio. There are only two assets that remain to be transferred from the seed portfolio: M80 Motorway and Unna Administrative Centre. M80 is expected to transfer in the second quarter and consent for the Unna asset (1.5% of portfolio value) remains outstanding.
We are looking forward to managing these assets which are focused on social infrastructure and availability-based roads infrastructure. We believe that there is potential upside from active management of this portfolio which together with a strong pipeline of future investment opportunities gives us confidence in the future performance of BBGI."
