Beazley Group Plc - AGM Results


Beazley Group plc held its annual general meeting for shareholders at 4pm today
and announces that all the resolutions were duly passed.


Full details of the resolutions passed as special business will be submitted to
the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Listing Authority's
Document and Viewing Facility.


The total number of votes received by the Chairman for use in a poll for each
resolution is set out below. The number of 5p ordinary shares in issue
(excluding Treasury Shares) and the number of voting rights on 18th April 2008
was 358,867,797.
