Share Buy Back

The Company intends to buy back up to GBP 20 m of its ordinary shares. It is intended that this purchase will commence immediately and any acquisition will be in accordance with both Beazley's general authority to repurchase shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules which requires that the maximum price paid to be limited to no more than 105 per cent of the average middle market closing price of Beazley's shares for the 5 dealing days preceding the date of purchase. It is intended that any shares purchased will be held in treasury.
