Further to the announcements made on 28 April 2009, Beazley Group plc ('Beazley') announces that a supplementary prospectus (the 'Supplementary Prospectus') has been published in connection with the Admission to the Official List of Beazley plc. Beazley plc is a Jersey incorporated holding company, tax resident in the Republic of Ireland, which following the proposed scheme of arrangement becoming effective will become parent company to Beazley. 

The Supplementary Prospectus has been published because the Beazley plc board considers that the publication of Beazley's Interim Management Statement, announced on 7 May 2009, constitutes a significant new factor, as defined under section 87G of FSMA 2000.

The Supplementary Prospectus will be available for download to eligible persons from the Beazley website www.beazley.com. 

In addition, the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility at the Financial Services Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, E14 5HS.
