Julie Palmer, Regional Managing Partner at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 50,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69 pence.  Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 23,375 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 30 July 2018.

This has resulted in the issue and allotment of 23,375 fully paid Ordinary Shares for which the Company has applied to AIM for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Company's other Ordinary Shares.
