Kenneth Pattullo, Regional Managing Partner at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 25,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69 pence.  Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 10,438 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 April 2019.

This has resulted in the issue and allotment of 10,438 fully paid Ordinary Shares for which the Company has applied to AIM for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Company's other Ordinary Shares.
