CHANGE OF DIRECTOR
The Board announces that Mr Paul Rhodes has resigned his position as a
non-executive director of the company, as he is now mainly based overseas. The
Board thanks Mr Rhodes for his contribution during his time in office and it may
be that he continues to assist the group in the development of its international
network, BGN.
The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr Geoffrey Hill was appointed as a
non-executive director of the company with effect from 25 September 2006. Mr
Hill is a chartered accountant , who managed and grew an independent
professional services practice in Yorkshire for many years, before merging it
with a national firm and continuing in a management role in that environment
until becoming an independent consultant in 2005. Geoff's extensive experience
in practice management and integration will add valuable input to the board,
beyond his duties as an independent non-executive.
