Appointment of joint corporate broker
The Board of BB Healthcare Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) ("J.P. Morgan Cazenove") as joint corporate broker, alongside Peel Hunt LLP, with immediate effect.
The Board of BB Healthcare Trust appreciates and values the efforts of Peel Hunt, which have been an important element in bringing BB Healthcare Trust Plc to its present size of approximately GBP 350 million and looks forward to working jointly with both brokers going forward.
