LONDON, U.K. AND PLANO, TX, U.S.   (31 October 2022).  Belluscura plc (AIM: BELL), a leading medical device developer focused on lightweight and portable oxygen enrichment technology, confirms that following his e xercise of 690,395 share options in August and transfer of 364,833 shares to his ex-wife to facilitate settlement of divorce proceedings, Robert Rauker (CEO) and Belluscura, on the behalf of Gina Rauker, sold the remaining 235,331 shares to cover the related exercise cost and her associated taxes.

Mr Rauker's holding is 955,684 shares and his total interest in the Company is 0.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
